I must say this chilis been falling off for a while. I usually order take out, but the times I did sit in eat. There’s usually no hostess at the front and you’re standing there for a while before being seated. Then after that the waiter or waitress would just check on us once and never show up again until the check. I went a few more times for take out but the employees are just standing around chatting rather than helping customers who are clearly standing at the counter waiting for help. I witness a woman leaving due to the wait time and no one coming to the counter to help. Then to add more insult to injury, the food at times can be cold and they can be extremely cheap on fries.

Last weekend, when I went to chilis, the menu is now different from what I expected to be. I tried the margarita chicken with rice, pico and asparagus. The chicken is good but the pico salsa over the rice was too spicy for me. I miss the mango chicken and I wish they have the quinoa meal.

Tony is the man! He has been managing local Rockland restaurants for decades. Cam, our server, is the best around. He makes sure everyone gets what they want and that the guests leave happy. Can't knock the hustle!

Went here on a Saturday night on a whim. First of all, this place is starting to look run down. You just don't notice it as easy because the lights are so dim, but I noticed the light fixture at our table was cracked, the seats were worn, and the floor looked like it was dirty, but I think it was just the paint job. I didn't expect much from the food, because it's a chain, just mostly that they fry some premade frozen items and call it a day. First had the Triple Dipper appetizer. The burgers were dry, flavorless, the Chicken Crispers were soggy, but weirdly the sauce had little flavor. The fried pickles were actually OK. Everything looked like it was just thrown on the tray. The ranch sauce was very thin. For the entree, had the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo. The ribs looked like they had been boiled, then deep fried until they were dry. Definitely not smoked. The chicken was dry and bland. The quesadilla was the best item on the tray, which is not much. The weirdest thing was the street corn. After I bit into it, I said this is what I imagine the dashboard of my car tastes like. It looked like it had been cooked the day before and sat under a heat lamp since. The server was very nice attentive though, so at least there was that.
