Nice hotel for a short stay. Very accommodating. Clean rooms and lobby. I will say that the pool and hot tub were over chlorinated. It took about 2 days for my skin to recover from the chemicals.

Checked out after about 3 hrs. Bed bugs in first room. They changed my room, second room beds were dirty and had so many blood stains on the perimeter of the mattress that it made me totally uncomfortable about remaining at their hotel. I captured one bug and showed it to the man who came to check out my complaint. He confirmed what it was but said it must have been left by another guest. And he showed no concern about the condition of the bed in the second room. I had booked threw Expedia and they did show concern about my complaint and my money was refunded. I was fortunate to be able to book a room at another Hilton that was close to where the wedding was that I was attending. That hotel was immaculate. BTW I made sure to take video and pictures of the beds and bugs as proof of exactly what was going on in those rooms.

The rooms were clean and well decorated, pool area was well maintained. However at the time we were there the business center was under renovation and the WiFi was under repair by AT&T. The reception check in & out staff were very receptive and accommodating.

The conference suite was great as far as room for what it's intended for. The hotel has not been upgraded in a while and the carpet, tiles, and other areas have definitely seen better days. There was a fair amount of little critters sharing the hotel with me: A couple of spiders in room and a little roach in the elevator. The sofa bed was very worn and my sister was very uncomfortable and she woke in quite a bit of pain. The bedding for the sofa bed was non existent and we had to call and go down to get it. They spent several hours looking for a cot for her instead. Even though things weren't updated, the rooms and hotel was clean. The breakfast was VERY good. I will say that the service was phenomenal! The staff was very attentive and very quick to greet, accommodate, and see to my every need. They go above and beyond and made you feel like you were a valued and repeat/well known guest the moment you arrived until departure. The staff made this experience worth every inconvenience! The hotel is well situated so that you feel like you are out of the hustle and bustle, but has everything you could want within 2-10 minute drive and just about everything you could want within walking distance. I would suggest making sure that you have enough blocks or that you have a power strip that accommodates charging ports for electronics. That was the 1 main inconvenience that was easily fixed with a purchase.
