The guy in the suit who was doing my exam didn’t even greet me. The ad on the outside of the building is false. It says eye exam and 2 pairs for $79. I told him I wanted to take advantage of the offer and he told me that my lenses would be $180 minimum or something ridiculous like that. Bad service plus false advertising is not a good combo. 👎

I had a bad experience with the younger associates in this store. I was told some very misleading things. After ten years with Stanton, I had to go back in to let them know my prescription was wrong for the third time and because of all this I would not be coming back. An amazing lady named Rachel tried to help. She sent me to Boca Stanton for an appt. I was sent the wrong info through a text and this office now giving me attitude for their mistake. Then this Prescription was also wrong. Went back to Rachael, who felt there was more to this problem. She sent me to an eye doctor. Bless her. There was more to the situation.I thank her everyday. Problem solved fixed and I have correct prescription. She is a blessing and I appreciate her. Going back to get my prescription and my glasses from her only. Thank you for taking great care of me Rachel.
