Tried to sell my babies items 3 times and each time they have different excuse to why they would not buy them. ( Short staffed, computer issues, don't buy on weekends.) They don't answer the phone so I could call ahead of time, so wasted my gas on 3 different occasions. Employees look like the rolled out of bed and went to work. I asked them for a 1800 number to express my disappointment and they tried to tell me there is no corporate office to call as if I was born yesterday. Well they got an email anyway. Hope they do something about this staff and get people who really wanna work and follow the cooperate protocol.

Went there and sold nice Nike outfits Mickey outfits and a package of Huggies newborn diapers. They took 19 items of mine and only offered 19$ what's even more frustrating they had this same exact outfit I was trying to sell on the shelf but said they couldn't take the one I brought in just a smaller size. If your looking to make at least half of what you paid for don't go to once upon a child . Go to hand me down rose or sell them on FB. This place is a joke.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for children's clothes they always have a good variety and they always have a ton of toys and during holidays they usually have pretty good costumes or holiday clothes. It's a great place to sell your gently used clothes as well. Staff is very friendly.
