Never again! Many stays here over the years for business or when returning for a visit back home. Staff were fine; administration could use a refresher course on customer service.

Positive: Quiet and lobby dining area was nice. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Negative: Microwave in room was broken. Also,we had a pull out couch and they did not provide blankets or pillows for those sleeping on it! When requested, they gave us extra sheets to use as blankets. A/C was very inconsistent about holding temperature. No Shuttle

I stayed here this past weekend with my family and I am giving this hotel a 5 stars. The General Manager Tonya was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Her staff provided impeccable customer service as well. We enjoyed the hotel amenities including the Continental breakfast and pool & hot tub. The only con I have is I wish the room was a bit bigger but that didn’t stop me for booking again next month!

Great location up on a hill away from major roads. Easy parking. Room was good but somewhat dated, especially the AC and refrigerator which both made quite a bit of noise at night. Cleanliness could be better as there were food stuck on some of the kitchen utensils. Helpful receptionists. Good breakfast but some items from the preorder menu were not available. Pool hours were limited. Overall, it was a good stay for two nights.
