This place is super nasty, customer service is absolutely terrible, manager’s wife Amy and front desk staff Promo super nasty, not sure how are they still open for business, we have been waiting for management to contact us and still no contact from them. We were told that the manager schrey would be available to talk to us this morning got there and the nasty wife said well he is not my servant don’t know when he will be there and I don’t want to talk to you no more . Bad Bad Bad Place nothing is working in this place . STAY AWAY

Got $145 a night hottub room. Refrigerator didnt work, had to pull it out myself to swap. Plug in hottub didnt work. Tried the other room plug didnt work there either. No Maintenance on site so no help. Toliet us basically under the sink counter so watch knees. Then when tried to check out because of this the manager wants to move to different room to find more issues.. i said i want to leave.

Since the moment I booked the stay for family members that couldn’t stay at my home because we got covid and at the moment of check in I explain over the phone the hard times we were going and the guy on the phone pretty much didn’t care and he wouldn’t charge my card and needed the card present. After explaining that I may be passing covid all around and my family members were already there, he was extremely rude. So I had to come all the way there in Christmas Eve and pay with my card. The person attending the front desk was very rude, and denied to give me his name so I can make a complaint with his boss that was not at the moment present, the minute I got my phone he just left me there talking by myself and left to the room in the back. Rude! Only that made super upset that I had no choice but to leave my family there. Just to find out that the rooms were not as pictured, off course no breakfast is served because of covid! But the guy didn’t care me going there with virus to process the payment with the information he could’ve take from the booking. Bed sheets with stains, old heather unit making loud noises, not a comfortable stay at all for them. Never again!

Needs a lot of remodeling. Wires are exposed. Originally put me in a room with no a/cthen after pulling teeth. Put me in a room with a Jacuzzi that didn't work.

When booking a room, they usually ask for how many people, the ages of all who will be staying in the booked room, and then ask for those individual's names. You should find out from your mom if she had to give the names of all you guys. They also ask for identification at check in. I would get all the details from your mom first before trying to check in.
Had issue with breakfast. But everything else was fine. Stayed there in April.
