NEVER try to order online. God forbid your payment method fails a single time due to your bank’s fraud security. You can’t just rerun the same payment after clearing it with your bank. I called Lowe’s, then my bank, each blamed each other for the failed transaction. Then my bank’s fraud department cleared it up. I went back to Lowe’s and the customer service rep on the phone said the payment went through. NOPE. I get to the store and it’s just issue after issue. The store says to call their customer service reps, their customer service reps say to talk to the employees in the store. They won’t let me use my card in their readers at the store to pay because it’s an online order and Lowe’s uses a payment processing system from the stone ages that doesn’t let you pay for online orders at the store. After 10+ declined payments, randomly, small pieces of my order get approved between every other 10 declined payments and they let me take those. This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a company. Lowe’s needs to update their payment systems. I can honestly say I will NEVER use their slow and useless website again.

Brought a new electric range from them paid in full, and I was sent the wrong one. Delivery guy left it here didn't set up cause he said since it's the wrong one, someone will contact you in a couple of hours and will be change out,turns out Delivery guy didn't note that it was the wrong one which he told me he had noted. Then I called the number that is on receipt lady there was very rude,then I talked to a manager Natalie from the store well she assured me someone would call me in the morning. You guessed it no one did.I called and the 1st lady hung up on me. So I called a 2nd time and now supposedly I'm scheduled for delivery till Sunday because now my electric range is coming from manufacturer. In the meantime time no stove at my house. People at Lowe's store are nice but the delivery people are very rude and not helpful.. so for that reason I will never buy appliances from them that have to be delivered. Don't use their delivery service. Buy and take from store. I couldn't do that since I'm Disable. Manager Angel from store not to helpful either. All this is just for an FYI..

Nice, organized, but limited on charcoal/ wood burning grills. Otherwise OK.
