I keep calling to ask if I left my tablet at the store. An associate keeps answering the phone and doesn’t say anything. Can you please have someone answer the phone !!

Normally you have to actually go to store to claim items left there. If I thought I left my tablet there I would be there not calling on the phone...

Next time ask for a supervisor, but I also recommend going to the store, they wouldn't know it was yours, you have to go and claim it, pretty sure with some proof.

I'll try, but I doubt they'll listen to me. Nevertheless, I'll give it a whirl.

They got terrible in phone,also 95percent of employees just Walk around like there busy, half of them don't know how to answer what you ask. Poor management very poor time to clean house.

If I worked there I would but I'm only an occasional customer. Try them tomorrow or drive back and ask. Might block that phone number if it has one. Good luck.
