I hate to leave just 1 star because everyone was very helpful and there was a decent selection of products. My husband and I go out of our way to shop at local hardware/not big box stores to support the community, what we did not appreciate was the cashier's attitude. He was rude and basically made us feel unwelcome at the store - apparently bagging the many items we had purchased was a hardship for him. This was our first visit and likely our last. It is a shame how just one person's bad attitude can sour an entire experience.

Not a big box store. A building supply store for people who build. Helpful knowledgeable staff. Unlike the bigbox stores, you can actually find some one who works there. If you're looking for building supplies and not kitchen appliances or Gardening supplies or if your just looking for someone who actually works in the store? McCoy's is the place for you.

Maybe i caught them on a bad day or a bad time. Took almost 3 hours to get me unloaded. 1 they were busy 2 they were friendly 3 had to get mgmt involved 4 not very organized but like i said they were busy and traffic was constantly moving around me and im sure got in the way of forklift drivers but mine flat disappeared half way thru unloading. Staff was very nice and helpful tho so i wasnt too upset
