I placed a delivery order so I'm not near the store to be able to fix this. There seems to be something missing from my crispy chicken sandwich. How can you make a chicken sandwich and not notice there is no chicken on it?

This was one of the best Burger King yet the manager was so nice and also gave some great advice on leadership. She told me that her leadership skills was trickled down from her leaders and it trickle down to her Team! Team work makes the Dream work!

Never enough Help. Cranky staff & No customer relations,plus 2 Really Nasty managers.. They should work at prisons..Replace then,. Get Nice new apricative Crew Corporate heads. Or another one will close up . Went to Checkers with a fast clean staff .

this is close to our house so we get it often, or at least try to. honestly it’s the worst service every single time and after a year and a half here, i give up trying. they never have anything and when they do it’s old and crusty. tonight we were told we had to go inside to use a coupon, but there’s no mention of that on the coupon. i think our worst experience here was when my husband went just before lunch. he was told he couldnt order a burger because it wasn’t lunch time, so he asked for breakfast. they said they didn’t have any breakfast so he waited 15 minutes to order a burger (he gave them an extra few minutes so there’d be no excuse to not serve him) and when he tried to order the burger he was told they were too short staffed to serve food??? this location is an absolute joke
