My job went perfect. The owner came out to do the take off. I told him my vision, and it was done. The technician was courteous, respectful and skilled. Cleanup was impressive. I just have to give these guys a big thanks. I would trust them with your project.

I also had issues with Palm Bay Aluminum’s communication, like other reviewers. I have emails just like they do, showing they neglected to inform me the team wouldn't be showing up on the day they said they would be there. Was told Tuesday and they didn’t start work until Thursday. But the biggest issue I had was the damage they did to my roof putting up the gutter. The starter shingles were all lifted up to accommodate the new gutter and they were left that way. I called them and sent photos after the fact and the responses we got where, “I’m not sure what caused that”, “Just let the heat take care of it”, and my favorite, “I’m not a roofer.” After several emails and 3 visits, my roof still looks the same. Being completely fed up with them we have decided to fix it ourselves. In addition to that, they set the slope for the gutter to go to the wrong end, so they capped it and left a chunk of gutter sticking out. I wouldn’t recommend them.

Very pleased with install of garage slider screens this morning. Palm Bay Aluminum had the best price and the installer Ryan did and excellent job, very professional, courteous and wasted no time. Will recommend.
