Vans are classic, this location has a great selection of shoes. The staff is super helpful and it's just a great experience shopping in this store.

Are you sure you're calling the correct number for that store. I have noticed that sometimes on Google it says one number but it's the number to the company sometimes they may just be really busy and you should file a complaint.
I believe shoe sizes goes up to 18
