This professionally managed community is an oasis in a town known for bad landlords and slum-like conditions. The current community manager Lycah and her associate Brittney do a great job in not only meeting their contractual obligations as property managers but also going above and beyond in providing excellent customer service to ensure everyone involved has a pleasant experience. Essex needs to provide them with a well-deserved raise/bonus ASAP!!!!

To the management and staff I have enjoyed living in my apartment I've been here for four months. Lycah helped me in so many ways with my application and move in process and time was of the essence as I was leaving my previous rental and was almost homeless. Lycah was the most professional caring and passionate person I've ever met. To this day she continues to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner she truly is a blessing. The assistant manager Benji is always smiling and very much a gentleman. He helped me with paperwork and was truly a pleasure to work with. Maintenance men are always very professional. Louie and Ben show their experience and always know what there doing and fixes everything in a timely manner and are loving to my little dogs. All in all I am very satisfied and happy to live in my one bedroom apartment clean and beautiful landscape the pool is always clean and sparkling and I feel very safe. Always lit at night but not to intrusive to my privacy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent an apartment. Any occupants over the age of 18 are required to be pre-screened and added to the lease agreement, regardless of whether they will be paying rent.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your new home, we’ll help you transfer to a comparable home within the same community, or you can choose to break your lease penalty-free within the first 30 days of move-in. Some restrictions may apply.
