Once I'm actually at the location, every thing is great. However, actually calling the location is taxing. Almost every call to the location follows a pattern. 1st attempt, call connects, immediately and manually placed on hold, no acknowledgement from desk, just switched to on hold for 10-20 minutes. 2nd attempt, hung up on by system.

pretty disappointed, they do not notify you properly for bills. I was not notified nor was someone else I know personally who visited this clinic. they were charged attorney fees that were 3x the amount of the original bill because it was not paid due to the clinic’s negligence of notifying people. also, it is extremely difficult to get someone on the phone to pay a bill. I was left on hold for 30+ minutes. called back and it was silent, but I could hear the receptionist typing and they were not responding. called back and immediately placed on hold.

This medical liar still take the money about my account I put notice about two months ago to cancel the membership I call her he said you want to email it to notice and I’ll believe it this medical good he stole my money always bad this people really bad

No they take along with insurance and cash add payment method but also the use of any major credit card
Agreed, they focus on making a quick buck and show little care for the patients. Long wait times and outdated equipment.
They take most insurances, they take Medicaid and Medicare
Last time I saw it, it was $25.
It takes so long in their offices because they are thorough and try to answer all of you questions and concerns about you health and medical care
