He continuously told me that they didn't have any knee braces. So I went out and asked the nursing staff. They FOUND knee braces. So I called him out he proceeded to tell me that he didn't think I'd want one because they're "uncomfortable " it took me all I had to not go off. I could barely walk!!!! Well that visit concluded. He did nothing for my knee. A few days later I called about my lab results because the dr. Said he would call me with the results but never did. The staff proceeded to tell me that the tests were in translation between the lab and their office. Today, one week later I find out my tests were never ran and nothing was put in my notes! I've been completely overlooked. The nurse took my sample and never told the Dr. About any of it. He was being so rude to me, I just wanted to get out of there. I now have to go back and submit more samples to get my tests done and my knee is still messed up.
