From my experience, as soon as they open and right after the clinic switches Urgent Care (I believe at 5 pm).

It'd probably help to go faster but I don't think it's required
I would think it needs to come from a mental health provider since that's ultimately what an emotional support animal is for.

Dr Cynthia Gellner and Erica Sandoval. Dr Gellner is a very thorough doctor who listens and respects what the parents say about their children. She is very down to earth and has excellent bedside manner. She's very knowledgeable and explains things well. I switched insurances so my kids could go to her. I love her!!!
