I live on Merritt Island, FL. Was notified by the power company that our trees needed to be trimmed back from the power lines. I understand the reason and why they need to be cut back at a distance. The trimmer crew listened to us and did a great job within the scope of their job to not butcher our trees. The cleanup crew were johnny on the spot. Very nice to speak with. They took the time to clean up my yard to include raking up the small stuff. The two guys (Cedric & Chris) were very nice and professional; Big Thanks.

I understand trimming branches off power lines. They butchered our tree. Left ALL TRIMMINGS and HUGE PILES in our yard 3 days before coming back to pick up their mess and then tearing up the yard with a Claw truck. And I had to make SEVERAL phones calls to get them to COME BACK to clean up their mess!!!!!

I am very upset. Your guys cut down my mango tree. The tree did not touch any power lines. They cut north side of my tree down.

They screwed you royally. They threatened me with property damage and how am I going to stop them? They don't call or schedule their visit. They just show up and I cannot take off 21 days to catch them.
They told me that they were going to bring some lift or something on my property that could damage it. However, they are not telling me when they are coming and I cannot stop them. I called FPL and they said there was nothing I can do.
