Fantastic tour of a copper mine that operated for 70 years. Tour guides are knowledgeable, patient, and make the history of the mine and its miners come to life. The Miner's Tour has a very unique ending including a rappel down a ventilation shaft, rock scramble, and scamper across a swinging bridge before emerging out of the mine. Very fun challenge that gives a unique perspective of the mine and its layers that were dug out by skilled miners.

Super fun adventure! This is a unique and must experience guided tour located outside of Greenland, MI in the beautiful UP. Basic rappelling and rope scrambling within the mine shafts make it unforgettable. Very educational and hands on! The mine is 48° and damp so dress accordingly.

It was really fun! Doing the rappelling was exciting, and we got to learn a lot about the history of the mine! Our tour guide was very nice. Even the more thrilling parts of the tour felt safe because if the clear explanations of the safety equipment.
