As far as sales go, no issues. I have bought a 2019 Scout 60, and later a used 2018 Chieftain. BUT...... the service department lacks considerably. With my Scout 60, I took it in and had the 500 mile service done. The next morning I found out they forgot to tighten the drain bolts. A simple oversight sure. My 2018 Chieftain limited needed fork seals replaced. $600 and 4 months later both seals blew out. Took it back, they inspected everything after accusing me of improper trailering ( I've never put it on a trailer, truck, or any other vehicle). They agreed that my issue was faulty seals. Left it for a week, was guaranteed that the forks were great, not bent, and the seals were replaced. I made it 10 miles before the right fork started leaking. Now I'm told it's going to need fork replacement at $2400.00 for a bike with 10k miles. Not to mention the damage done to the bike like scraped up forks and scratched up tank. Like I said sales department was fine, but I would not recommend the service department. Take it somewhere else.
