Saad's is my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia. My wife and I go all the time. The chicken Maroosh is among the best sandwiches anywhere, and the fries and onion rings are on point. We usually save some as left overs because it heats up well in the oven. The service is also always really great (shout out to Anna, leave her a big tip).

They are not open for Ramadan at all when Ramadan over they will be open with a lot of people there
It's always difficult to be traditional and serve people that are not familiar to traditional,sadly at the end of the day every business has to turn a profit so changes are made and a lot of times people want to please the masses but you can never go wrong with asking questions first because I'm sure they would more likely serve food traditionally the way they like
