Why is the beef and lamb dishes taste like its boiled? When they say kabab, you'd expect it to be charred or cooked over open heat, but i was very disappointed with my beef and lamb dish.

It's always difficult to be traditional and serve people that are not familiar to traditional,sadly at the end of the day every business has to turn a profit so changes are made and a lot of times people want to please the masses but you can never go wrong with asking questions first because I'm sure they would more likely serve food traditionally the way they like

You can try asking them to cook it your way they're pretty good with giving you want

I felt my lamb kabob was baked then they tried to grill it but it wasn't the way i wanted it to be
