We were just in this facility. The staff member was incredibly rude and frustrated for no reason. Seemed to hate her job. And that’s unfortunate, as we were dealing with a rather sensitive situation. Made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted. So thank you for that. Will no return to this one.

When Jen is here my experience is 5 star . If she is on vacation or has day off rating drops and service is hit or miss. There are a couple people that fill in I will actually not deal with again and ask when jen will be back

No I do t believe you do but they are only open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of the month and only till 11 am
