This place is great. They go by appointments. My results are sent to the doctor the very next day. Fran was great at absolutely everything . I was nervous after reading reviews. Whoever had something negative to say about this place must have issues with themselves. Way to go Quest. I’ll be back and will definitely refer other co workers

I showed up to my appointment with a list of tests for pregnancy. The tech asked if I had fasted, I had not because my provider did not instruct me to do so. I asked if I could do it anyway, getting an appointment was a hassle already. She advised she could do the draw, but insurance wouldn’t pay. I left. When I went to another location, I was advised I didn’t need to fast. Thanks for wasting my time.

If you walk out of of here with anything less than Covid you would be considered lucky. This place is absolutely filthy. Urine and hair on the bathroom floor and urine on toilet seat. The bathroom smelled awful of fish even through my mask. No toilet paper on the roll but left ontop of holder. Paper towels were placed ontop of sink, no holder. Wouldn't hurt them to hire someone to clean especially during these trying times. Absolute filth.
