Very disappointed many of the attractions were closed which I didn't know till I got there. Bought unlimited online but had I know many things closed whould have gotten 1 1/2 hr pass. Asked for refund and said they couldn't. Will not be back and will tell my friends to nix this place. Bathroom. garbage cans full.

Thats just a rip off. Please talk to them and let us know if that is what they are doing. I also have membership for my kids there
I lost something a few days ago and they promised they would look when they closed that night. I heard nothing back so I went in the morning and one of the managers found it that morning she said. So basically they said they would look the night before and didn't bother! I would call or go and speak to a manager or a different manager. I'm sure you tried it but did you have someone call it and see if you could find it yourself? Maybe go in the morning when nobody is there.
