I came in at 11:30 AM, checked in, 10 mins later called in to be told they’re no longer taking walk ins. I said “yesterday you said walk ins are taken until 1:30pm” and she just rolled her eyes and said not today. This quest location is absolute Garbage,& the lady who worked there was bad vibes.

I was greeted with the longest eye roll I have ever seen in my life by Nicole who let me know she had to leave and couldn’t take me as a walk-in. I could understand that had I been told before signing in and waiting to be rudely turned away.

Everyone is so rude in this location. They’ll literally yell at you or embarrass you for anything. Only come here because I live 2 minutes away but I might take a drive to another quest next time.
