I have used/visited this testing site multiple times and always return for the following reasons: 1) Juliette & Sandy are the best! They are always professional, courteous, and thoroughly explain the testing and result process, 2) Scheduling a test online is straightforward and quick, 3) Results have always been delivered within the expected time frame listed on the website according to my appt, 4) Results are easy to read and access, including a PDF if needed to provide/print, 5) The location is convenient if you are on the east side with access close to the U.

Very quick and professional. I was tested at 11am and was pleasently shocked when I got my results 6 hours later, the same day. That was fast; I did not expect it until much, much later that evening. I would use again. On their website they don't have their latest CLIA certification but if you email them, they will send you the current up to date one quickly, if you need to verify to some place that it is good.

I came here to get tested for travel and the whole process was super easy especially with the kind help of Juliette !! She explained everything very good and thoroughly and was the nicest person I’ve come across especially in customer service. Big shout out to her she did an amazinggg job! Definitely recommend going to her! She deserves a raise for the hard work she puts out!

Thanks for your questions, Lu. We process RT-PCR tests with same-day results on Saturdays! Results are delivered via email as a PDF which can easily be printed out.
Yes, please sign up for a test online and say “yes” to being exposed.
Self-pay for peace of mind/travel testing cost $125, and if you are worried you are sick (have symptoms/have been exposed) then it’s nothing out of pocket and is billed to insurance/ federal program if you’re uninsured.
Please visit our FAQ section to determine your travel needs, but we have a friend of the lab who travels often to Brazil using our laboratory so you should be fine.
We are currently working on a contingent plan with another lab! We hope to be able to be able to report these results no later than 11:59 PM tomorrow. If this doesn't work for you we suggest getting tested elsewhere.
They took me on Monday, August 9 at 8:00 am and they sent me the results via email that same day at 4:00 pm. They are truthful.
