***Update*** Owner, all your comments do is support what I said here. You hide behind a policy that you wrote as a way not to provide customer service. The spa itself is tidy and neat. The owners are not nice. As noted in previous reviews it is NOT 60 minutes, is always under. DO NOT sign up for their monthly membership! They WILL NEVER roll any unused floats over, no matter what the reason is. They DO NOT value customers at all. It is impossible to talk to the owners, all they care about is the bottom line. Find another spa and get the customer service you deserve. This place has zero customer service, in fact their motto is customer no-service!

I have tried many of the other competing locations across the valley and have become a regular at this float spa. Float Spa 19 is by far superior to other places due to the exemplary customer service and staff, pristine facilities, and overall calming experience. The staff has always been extremely helpful and accommodating to me by providing me contact solution when I forget to take my contacts out before my float and Vaseline for any cuts I have. I have always left feeling incredibly relaxed and satisfied. Thank you so much Float Spa 19 staff for all your incredible work!

Mold in the showers, water temp is not great. The onsite workers are great so the owners must either pay well or be super flexible with their workers because they treat their customers terribly.

Yes parking lot is on the west side it's a pretty big one right in front of the door
Yes,I Managed my initial panic by holding on on to the edge until I was able to see I was not at risk
Yes, it is common for pregnant women to float, however we recommend the float suite which has extra water in it for women since they are bearing more weight.
Yes, but some of the rooms aren't as quiet as they should be. It's right on a busy road so you can hear traffic.
With the amount of salts that are in the pool it is drain and then circulates through a system. Then on the next usage it is filled.
I don't know but I don't think so. Even though the benefits of floating promote healing and wellbeing, they are not medical provider/facility. But to be certain, you should call them. It never hurts to ask.
Thank you for coming in. We are making our best effort to make it a good experience. Noted your observation about the instruction, we will make it smoother. All of our people have floated elsewhere in the past and here as well, and we are dedicated to make this the premier experience. See you again soon. Grand opening prices are still active. Float on!
