I had a horrible experience. They lied and said the shoes I had ordered to pick up in store never came and my order didn’t exist. After 40 minutes of being in store. A young lady named Diamond went in the back and came back out in 5 seconds with the Jordan’s they claimed they never received and had multiple associates looking for them. The guy ignored me and never gave me an apology or anything. My kids were with me so I couldn’t go off like I wanted to. I haven’t been to this store in a long time and I will NEVER come back. Horrible customer service.

They really don't, I've tried too but it's not a delivery service. Ya got to get out there, babe!
At the door they have a rope which is closed off if they reach a certain capacity. They tell you when u are able to come in if they are at capacity. Everyone wears masks and asks you to keep yours on and up over your nose & mouth the whole time. It's still the same great customer service with someone going to the back to check sizes, etc. There is no plastic barrier on the counter, but I felt safe and like there was enough space between everything when I was in there.
