Amazing Customer Service! After taking my 99 year young Mother to 3 other shoe stores with no luck (and absolutely NO help from any sales associate, even after asking for help) we went to Encore and the sales associate was unbelievable. She could see that my Mother had mobility issues and she came right over and asked if she could help us find something (it's a big store). She showed us to a chair where my Mom was able to sit and then she asked my Mom what she could show her today. Mom was looking for black dress shoes and ZENA MORGAN (our sales rep) would bring the shoes over to Mom for her to see instead of Mom having to walk around to look at them. (Zena went the extra mile!😃) Zena was so patient, kind and treated my Mom with great respect. She took the time to engage with my Mom and made her feel very special. Your company has a real GEM!! Hold on to her.

Charged me for shoes that she didn’t put in the bag then giving me a hard time about my refund rushed me the whole time I was shopping then I got home to pack my bag for vacation only to notice shoes I bought for my son weren’t in the bag. Called and the store manager Heather had nothing for me no apology no empathy what kinda manager are you ????? Sometimes cheap isn’t always the best option won’t be back !!!!!! This is not over I won’t be paying for sh&t I didn’t get they have a problem on their hands

We ask that you pick up your order within 3 days. Make sure to keep an eye on your email confirmation and pickup confirmation, as it will have an exact date and the address of the pick-up location.

I paid for expedited shipping and it didn't arrive when it was supposed to, why?

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day. This is due to many factors such as time of order placement, holidays, delays in shipping, etc. If an order is placed after 12:30 p.m. ET on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday (except for holidays), it will be processed on the next business day. If a holiday falls on a weekend, then the Friday before and the Monday after should be considered as a holiday for purposes of processing an order. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. SHOE SHOW, INC. is not responsible for late orders due to schedules set by the delivery company. Deliveries cannot be made on weekends or holidays (and weekends should not be included in transit-time calculations). We do not ship shoes outside of the U.S. Gift cards will be shipped separately.
