I called to ask details about their film scanning equipment and they would not tell me. As a professional photographer the scanning process is a critical part of making an image, and knowing what equipment is being used is essential when working with important clients. There are multiple kinds of scanners that can determine the end result of your work and I would not recommend this gate keeping lab to anyone who cares about their work and how their film is being handled.

Absolutely fantastic professional photo printer. I can't say enough good about this business. Your art prints deserve this quality.

This is the best place to get photography printed in the area. I am a photographer full time and use them because of their awesome customer service and care with products. I have never been disappointed with any print I've run through R&R. I have been using them since 2011. They are quick to respond and very personable. I Highly Recommend them! Update 11/2020 I am enjoying their new online ordering, it makes ordering products, prints etc a breeze!

Everytime I go to their lab, I am greeted with the warmest of smiles and the love that you get from a mom and pop store. I am blown away by the swiftness and the quality of their prints! My favorite are the aluminum prints with the gloss finish! Another thing that they let me do is go behind the counter and take a look at the other images that customers are bringing in. Spokane is full of some amazing creative people!
