This local business is an absolute gem! I run my own business and send out parcels most days. I can drop of my pre-paid parcels with USPS, FEDEX, DHL and UPS all in the same place and it makes the world of difference. The owner is always super helpful and has assisted me with complicated shipments going to my manufacturer in India. So grateful to have this amazing place on my doorstep. Thank you so much Ann Arbor Pack ‘n’ Mail for all you do for small businesses in our community.

This place is everything a postage service shop should be! Sam is so incredibly friendly and welcoming, and so organized and knowledgable about shipping, boxing, mailing, all of our needs to get things to people near and far. I have used his packing and mailing services for international packages and complicated address deliveries in northern Michigan, and without fail, my packages have arrived in perfect shape and even ahead of schedule at times. This place is one of the last semblances of an efficient small family-operated business in Ann Arbor- a model experience- fantastic!
