Worst dental office I've been to. I'm in need of very extensive and expensive work. Absolutely no communication from this clinic at all. I have asked for some kind of plan of action for my teeth, 3 months later i still dont have one. They cancelled on me 3 times, then claimed i was a nocall no show and billed me for that day. I didnt take my temporary partial out of the office due to it not fitting (it wasnt even close to fitting in my mouth) they claim i did take ut with me and only gave me a partial credit. I finally had enough and went somewhere else, come to find out that aspen is not the cheapest. Quote i got (even with my dental benefits now being almost maxed out because of aspen billing for items they shouldnt) was $5000 less than aspen dentals quote. After first visit at new company i had a complete care plan broken down by each visit along with the cost of each visit. I left with all the answers i had repeatedly asked aspen and never recieved. Do better Aspen, you arent even meeting the minimum expectations.

The most relaxing, comfortable, and dare I say enjoyable dental experience I’ve ever had. The staff from reception to labs to hygienist to dentist were friendly, knowledgeable and listened to every concern. In the end we came up with a dental plan that works perfectly for me Thank you Aspen Dental Hutchinson!

The staff was totally awesome. Understood my needs and concerns. Addressed my immediate situation, and advised me of new opportunities to maintain my oral health with specific procedures that are suggested by the Doctor... Very thorough, knowledgeable and personable staff. 5 stars

Very friendly office! I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Everything was well explained. Upon discovering a tooth was broken the doctor explained my options. I chose to have the broken tooth extracted, however I needed the procedure done right away because of my work schedule. Once I explained my situation, the office found a slot for me within the hour, on the same day, and the doctor did a great job. He was very gentle, very calm, and currently, some nine hours later, I have very little pain. My old dentist office couldn't even see me for ten more days, Aspen Dental was just what I was looking for, and they fit my schedule perfectly. I might add that as I have no dental insurance, I was worried about the cost, but even that was far less than my normal dentist office, and makes me wonder if I need dental insurance!
