Horrible and discriminatory customer service. I was denied a return to my credit card since it was “a high value”. They only could offer store credit. No idea why this is such an issue for the workers when the west oaks location took my return with no questions asked. I believe it was due to the way I was dressed and my age. When I complained to the worker she offered to call the store manager but during the call the worker was arguing with the manager about how it shouldn’t be allowed. In the end they did not accept my return and I had to drive to west oaks who handled it with ease.
