Prospect tenant: Have been trying to contact them for a week via email, phone, and text. Can’t get ahold of them. I’d image their service after lease is awful if they don’t even want to take my money lol.

This is my second review on how much I do NOT recommend living here. I read other reviews about tenants moving out and being charged extra money from a debt collector with no warning, I was skeptical to believe it and then after moving out in July I just received a phone call that I owe them $300. They never sent me anything in the mail, contacted me by phone/email, or through the portal. They never sent an itemized receipt or told me what the cost is even for? I paid it so it didn't affect my credit but this place is not a reliable place to live following my first review. The only good thing about this place is the neighbors :( if your intuition is telling you to listen to all the bad reviews, do it. I do regret living here at this point.

If I could give this place zero stars I would , if you have a problem , the staff will likely not care or answer your phone calls with legit concerns. For how much they charge in rent, I expected much better
