They lied about being able to refinance with my loan company they found as they don't even do refinancing, they kept raising the price of the car and adding things on but I felt obligated to go through with the sale (my fault I know) because I needed a better car mine was falling apart. I know now what to look for to avoid being had, which also includes not bringing my kids with me so I can completely focus on all the little things they were adding in that I didn't agree to.

Took my car in to sell it and was offered a decent value in writing stating the offer was good for 5 days and I came back 2 days later to complete the sale and the manager retracted their original offer and offered $2,100 less than their original offer. If a dealership is going to make an offer one day and change it 2 days later it’s misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional not to mention frustrating. I’d expect more from a Larry H Miller dealership. Don’t take your car there or buy from here. Update: the GSM reached on and I contacted him back and wasn’t responded to. Do not purchase from LHM, they don’t deserve you business and when you do buy from them you’ll be deceived and lied too.
