Good service and eye exam, but twice the cost of Walmart even with our same insurance. You will pay a premium to do business here. Purchased premium digital progressive lens, which were advertised as a wider view on the reading portion of the glasses, but office did not share all the details and lens were not workable for me. The reading view was tiny. I am wishing I had gone to Walmart, which is saying something. More to come-

They came highly recommended, this very location. Yet, I have tried to call for a week, 5 times (tried morning, midday, evening) and stand on hold for 25-30 and hang up as nobody ever answers. I scheduled an appointment in shop and when I went there, I was told the Dr is not there anymore as he left for the day. So inefficient and a time waste when you try to use them. It did not work well for me at all, I hope others have better experience.

Terrible since Burt left. The new manager is a potato. Whoever was visiting from the Sandy store yelled at my kid. They just don’t have the knowledge or insight on insurance benefits. Honestly not worth going back to anymore.
