I was contacted by DTE Energy that 2 of my bills were returned "undeliverable ". I can't get a hold of anyone so they can explain why my mail isn't being delivered.

Y'all can't deliver my package but put mail in the box? My path is not obstruction purpose. DTE dug up the front sidewalk. Amazon delivers no problem. Your mail carrier is at fault here she can deliver my mail but not a package.
