I go there often...and usually get a decent staff member. Regarding your package delivery...there may have been am unforseen set of circumstances that hindered the next day delivery.You can find/u by calling the manager there.It usually gets good results.

I 2nd that as well they're clearly has to be a mix up between what you were attempting to purchase. Even if you change it online this should only be a charge of $1. Asking your Carrier for one is absolutely free and will be delivered the next day so double check to see what the $39 was for because it definitely wasn't for a change of address.
