Lamont plaza is an age restricted apartment complex. From the outside it appears to be very well kept.

Yes , They have a community room where the have different activities going on such has Bingo night, movie night, holiday lunching/ dinner. And every floors have sitting area. They also have an outside sitting area in the back. The building is well kept.

No laundry in the apt? Is it a separate room on the floor?
