You might seriously want to trust these bad reviews. Whole place is invested with mice like no exaggeration! My friend lived here and paid over $500 herself securing her apartment. Come to find out there was a giant hole behind her fridge & one under the dishwasher (thank god she made them secure the hole in the wall under the bathroom sink) she couldn’t even use the laundry room smh beware

If I could put 0 stars, I would. My application was submitted. Called multiple times to find out if approved or denied, they never tell you so you’re left in limbo. It doesn’t matter how much you make, this company’s customer service was horrible. I left emails, left in the dark. They don’t respond to voicemails either, it’s like pulling a needle out the haystack and don’t let them know you’re a person of color. They will deny you quickly.

A friend was visiting and parked in my designated parking space . They were towed on Friday night . Called Saturday to pick the car up and told they have to wait until Monday. Of course to be charged more . Monday came it was $325 to get the car out of the impound lot . Gianones tow company , Hawks tow company, woodcrest village are all in cahoots . And is was rent time and i had to help the friend get the car out of the impound . Bamboozled . Robbed with no gun. Stay away from this place

Please everyone that reads this STAY AWAY. Very bad management. They have mice and bugs. They take forever to fix anything. If they fix anything at all. If you complain they will do what they can to mess up your rental history. Wood Crest on Lincoln Hwy in Fairless Hills can’t even pass code. They have a lot of water damage, cracks from floor to ceiling in the basement’s foundation. It’s so bad
