Horrible experience, the most horrible Association I have ever encountered. The people in the office are super unfriendly, unprofessional, super rude, they don't listen to the client, they don't let you talk... they ask for a thousand pieces of paper for the application. My horrible experience I'm still waiting after more than 1 month for my folder and return of a check. I never had a response from the thousand problems association and nobody gave you a solution. I spent the money on the application for nothing because today I still have no response, without the folder and waiting for a check to be returned. 0% professional, 0% adequate. I went more than 2 times to the office personally with the Realtor and the treatment received is horrible, the girls in the office are rude and do not facilitate the process at all. I'm still waiting . I hope they change everyone Personal and the way of working because as a client it has been a horrible experience. I look forward to helping prospective new tenants.

After a long process of applications paperwork and money orders for application fee. I recieved a denied one for absolutely no reason. I have a clean background and excellent income. Do not trust this place with your money nor application. They just deny you to keep the fee. They don’t care about your living situation. I am currently 5 months pregnant and they were extremely unprofessional and gave me no reason as for denial
