The apartments are super nice inside, I can’t complain about it but the cleaning is a mess.. hallways are not cleaning everyday and unfortunately there are some residents that are careless so we have to live with the mess everyday.. the issue with the gym and the trainers is true but if you complaint they have an excuse for every complaint that you do. They are good with the fine but the maintenance that they offer is not aceptable for the amount of money that you pay monthly beside that there is a fee for amenities that should also help to keep the building clean. As another resident mentioned one of the entrance of the building has the floor broken for 3 months already, the door from the gym is always open because before the fob didn’t work so was easier to leave it open than to fix it. No security cameras whatsoever, twice already my packages had been stolen and the answer is that there is not much that they can do. Unfortunately there are some residents that have no manners and respect for the property our the other residents. If you can please reconsider another options, it is sad because is a beautiful building with a huge issue on the management side

Yes We are Pet Friendly, The pet policy limits you to two qualified animals per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Pet owners must pick up after their pets, if not, a $100 fine will be charged per violation. Aggressive breeds are not allowed, including but not limited to: Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, Akitas, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Dalmatians, American Staffordshire or any mix of these breeds.
