It's really a shame to how maintenance has gone completely down hill at this place. Maintenance used to be really good when I first moved here, but now it's absolutely awful. The rent keeps going up while maintenance goes down. Not even to mention we have not had pest control service and there are severe ant and carpenter ant problems.

The apartments are spacious enough, most of the tenants are considerate of others, and the dog owners can enjoy a small dog park on the property. But the real asset to Hidden Forest Apartments is the property manager who is always nice, professional and very easy to talk to. She always takes the time to be available and she has a nice word for everyone, including the dogs! Kudos to the maintenance team too for always being prompt and efficient.

Mrs. Janice is extremely sweet. I have been looking into this property for a few months and she responded to call and emails promptly. The move in was extremely well. Outside of the rainy weather everything was great.
