This is a throwaway account because I don't want the manager to cause me anymore pain and agony than she already has. Kathy is extremely unprofessional, rude, and finds joy in berating the tenants. I cannot believe she still has a job. I overhear her yelling at the tenants constantly. Kathy, why are you still there if you are so miserable? You are making us all suffer. Please think before you talk to another human being. Your unkindness is unacceptable.
