I have had a great experience through the process of asking questions, signing up, and having my internet installed with the folks at Intellipop. They have made the process really easy, and even when dealing with applying benefits from a program they hadn’t dealt with yet, they were super easy to deal with, and they took the time to find out what they needed to do in order to make it work! I have not had to deal with any issues yet because my internet was just installed today, so I can’t speak to any experience with that, but so far I’ve been very pleased with the level of customer service so far!

Customer service is awesome, professional, and know their stuff. Update: 2021-08-18: just had Nathan come over to upgrade my connection, and he did awesome. The work was quick, and now my internet is better than ever. UPDATE: 2022-10-05 Joseph was fast and awesome helping me resolve my own problem on my router. Intellipop continues to kick but!! Way to go guys!!

We don't use modems, we provide a power adapter for the equipment we use and there is no cost for this. You would need a router for your WiFi and we can make some recommendations if you'd like.

That's typically a function of the router. Some routers have that feature, like the Amplifi, or filtering devices like Disney Circle or Router Limits.
