The Payson temple is one of the most beautiful temples inside and out. Definitely worth visiting.

801-754-4949 is the right number. There should always be someone answering when the temple is open. Is it ringing through for you? Or are you getting an answering machine? If you leave a message, they will call you back.
The Payson Utah temple is 96,630 square feet. It is the 18th largest LDS temple, and the 10th largest in Utah.
Hi Marina, great question! A dedicated temple is a temple currently in service for regular use by temple recommend holders. A temple is dedicated for the work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ by either our Prophet or one of the Twelve Apostles who hold the keys (or authority) for the kingdom on earth. These keys made it possible for me to be sealed to my wife and her daughter for time and all eternity, rather than just the length of our lives here on earth. Before a temple is dedicated, there are open houses where the public is invited to tour the temple. The Pocatello Idaho temple will be having an open house this month.
I think it’s in phase 4, but I’m not 100% sure.
Ask the temple when you make your reservation
Take the first exit off of the freeway when you get about parallel to the Temple. There is another exit a bit further down the road that has restaurants and gasolineras.

Baptisms are by appointment. Temple closes at 8.
You might want to call the Temple and ask someone who works at the there.
Most temples are closed on Mondays, although sometimes they are open for a half day on holidays.
No, only enough for the baptistry and emergency situations. Take note that the Payson temple is closed for maintenance through the end of next week. (April 10-21, 2018)
Not required but helpful
You can call and make an appointment, or you can just walk in. Mid-afternoon on weekdays are usually the best, but it usually doesn't get too busy there. Even if it is a little busy, you get to spend extra time there!
At Payson for sealing sessions you can walk in any time the temple is open and they will add you to a group for however long you have available.
Yes
For 2019, they just changed the endowment times to every 40 minutes. See details here https://www.lds.org/temples/details/payson-utah-temple
Endowment 7 am - 745pm
5:30 am to 5:45 pm
It is best to let the temple know just to be on the safe side. You should be fine though. Congratulations 😃
You don't need appointments. It opens pretty early, but I don't know the exact time.
Oct 24 - Nov 4 November 22 (after 11:00am) November 23
They allow a certain amount of walk-ins each hour, but appointments are still a great way to guarantee you can get in.
