When you walk in and are the only person in the restaurant and all 6 people working repeatedly look at you and walk away leaving you there like five minutes before finally ask "do you need to order"?....yeah....absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.

Not sure what happened to this location. I don't eat take out too often but when I did their whopper was fresh, and pleasant service. Now you can't find a table that has been cleaned. Drive thru is awful, just thrown together & thrown in a bag. Handling money then handling the tops of your soda cups. Disgusting.

Always cold unless its lunch even then only get the most popular things. My breakfast sandwich still had ice in the middle. Went back for some reason, this is the smashed up raw burger covered in grease with fingerprints in the bun I received, way to go BK
