Big inn north of Lenox. Nice lobby but still no restaurant or bar. Room size is ok, but there is little storage space, drawers or shelves. Tiny closet. Bed is comfy. Staff very helpful.

Beautiful hotel the rooms were perfect and everything was very clean. Checking in and out was fairly quick and easy and all in all we had a good stay at an amazing hotel. Many amenities including an awesome indoor pool and gym and the room and bathroom size was great. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was excellent and the facilities were pristine. Booking.com had incorrectly advertised some of their rooms and I didn’t initially get the accommodation I thought I was getting. The staff got me into a room that matched my expectations at no additional charge. The front desk was very thoughtful in calling to ask if we needed plates with the pizza I had delivered, and was generally very pleasant. I will definitely be staying there again!

Our room was really comfortable for us and quiet. Hotel seems newly furnished. TV was easy to use. Staff followed safeguards and was pleasant. Food service was not open when we arrived. Ever mindful of our food sensitivities, we packed a small cooler so we put things in the small fridge in our room. This proved a useful strategy. There are not of restaurants around that are open on a Monday night.
