Gorgeous and very clean place. The staff are friendly and it is a comfortable place to stay. Moreover dogs are welcomed like if they were another human being part of your family or a superstar because they take pictures of them.

Let’s start by saying that I was authorized to use the digital key by Hilton but that it did not work at the back of the hotel as promised nor did it work to get into my room which I paid extra for with a whirlpool that had no wall between it and the very disappointing saggy bed! I should also mention that the bathroom door did not lock, the showerhead did not work, and when I brought these issues up to the manager, she told me that they never work and that they “are what they are!” I am a Hilton honors silver member and I’ve never had a problem at all Hampton Inn’s I have ever traveled to for work or pleasure! I did not mention this to the manager because we were already frustrated by the 2nd night, But when I went out to my car at 11pm on Saturday night, I was shocked to see a family of raccoons climbing all over the dumpster behind the pool area! We definitely would not recommend this Hampton Inn to any of our friends or family nor will we ever return here again!

Check in was easy and fast! Hotel was a little hard to find but has ample parking in back. Room was clean, well stocked with towels. Sheets do not fit bed properly, they come off the corners. Hotel was nicely located. Breakfast was standard hotel free breakfast. Bonus points of the bowl of Andes at front desk.

Rooms were comfortable, pool area was perfect for 2 small kids, complimentary breakfast had plenty of options, staff was friendly. Overall, wonderful stay.
