Looking for something different so tried Papa Johns for a change. Easy online order process through the app and no contact delivery. The order was placed and was done correctly in a timely manner. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni (they have a fluffier crust with theirs ) , cheese bread, and the big chocolate chip cookie for dessert. It all arrived hot and fresh and was delicious. My only issue was they put a bit of an excessive amount of tomato sauce on the pizza for my liking but it was still really good and cheesy. The delivery guy was very friendly and followed directions and did a great no contact delivery.

I ordered a pepperoni, mushroom and bacon pizza, what I got was a pizza with sausage. Manager working that night offered to either make a new pizza and deliver it or give a credit for a free pizza. Just called to order the free pizza with other stuff and the manager working tonight would not honor the other managers "free" pizza that they made a mistake on. Very disappointed, poor customer service.

Currently waiting on an order and the cashier is literally YELLING at me because I’m asking why I’m being charged $2 more than the menu price. She never is able to provide a suitable answer. There is no one to call and inquire about the discrepancy. Very poor customer service and they are stealing from the customer.
